Summer of Love '07!!!
we're sooooo excited because tomorrow is the first official day of summer!
we're christening the 40 year anniversary of the summer of love with crazy jumpoffs. first, Pete Rock, 9th Wonder, and DJ Premier's event. there's also the ATMOS joint. AND Beans and Plan B at Hiro Ballroom. of course, we probably won't make it to all of these but here's one, hosted by our girl NIRE, that we will most definitely be at.

p.s. do not miss the Wild Style party/screening or BK Hip Hop Fest this weekend (Pretty Toney holla!!). if you do, then maybe you've got a good excuse and will be representing at one of the many Brooklyn BBQs going down. if you ain't there either, well then we don't know what to tell you..... guess your weekend will just have to suck.
